Stepflow Affiliate Portal Terms and Conditions

By accessing or logging into the Stepflow Affiliate Portal (the "Portal"), operated by Aura Digital Agency, LLC, DBA Stepflow ("Stepflow," "we," "us," or "our"), you agree to these Terms and Conditions ("Portal Terms").

These Portal Terms govern only your access to and use of the Portal: logging in, account security, and acceptable use of the dashboard. Your participation in the Stepflow Affiliate Program itself, including commissions, promotion rules, and payment, is governed separately by the Stepflow Affiliate Partner Agreement, which you agree to when you enroll in the Program. If anything here conflicts with the Partner Agreement on a commercial term (like commission or payment), the Partner Agreement controls.

The Portal is the online dashboard where affiliates can view their unique Affiliate Link and any campaign-specific links, track referral activity, monitor their commission balance, update payout information, and access Partner Toolkit resources.

To use the Portal, you must have an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Keeping your contact and payout information current and accurate

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Portal access for accounts that violate these Portal Terms or remain inactive for an extended period.

You agree not to:

• Use the Portal for anything other than managing your own affiliate activity
• Attempt to access another affiliate's account or data
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Portal or its underlying systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Portal or servers connected to it
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated tools to extract data from the Portal
• Share your login credentials with anyone else

The Portal displays referral, click, and commission information for your convenience. While Stepflow aims to keep this information accurate and current, figures shown in the Portal are provided for informational purposes only. If there's ever a discrepancy, the terms and calculations set out in the Affiliate Partner Agreement control.

The Portal, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Aura Digital Agency, LLC, DBA Stepflow, and protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Portal Terms grants you any rights to the Portal's software or design beyond the limited right to use it to manage your own affiliate activity.

We aim to keep the Portal available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Portal at any time, with reasonable notice where practical. We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Portal.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Portal at any time, including if your Affiliate Partner Agreement ends, if you violate these Portal Terms, or if we reasonably believe your account has been compromised.

Ending your Portal access does not by itself end your Affiliate Partner Agreement. Likewise, if your Affiliate Partner Agreement ends, your Portal access ends with it.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stepflow is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Portal.

We may update these Portal Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or through the Portal. Continued use of the Portal after a change takes effect means you accept the update.

• Entire Agreement. These Portal Terms are the complete agreement between you and Stepflow regarding your use of the Portal itself. They do not replace or modify the Affiliate Partner Agreement.
• Severability. If any part of these Portal Terms is found unenforceable, the rest remains in effect.

You accept these Portal Terms by checking the box below the first time you log into the Portal. Checking the box confirms that you have read, understood, and agree to these Portal Terms. Stepflow will keep a record of your acceptance, including the date and time it was recorded, on file.
